Operator Cab of Hoist Lazer Electric Forklift
The Lazer Series of electric forklifts is designed to provide operators with maximum comfort and protection, ensuring maximum performance. To achieve this, the forklifts are equipped with advanced ergonomics and safety features. These features include an overhead guard that provides safety without obstructing views, low, non-skid steps for safe and easy entry/exit, and soft-touch hydraulic levers that require minimum effort.
Furthermore, the Lazer Series forklifts have a tilt-steering column with a directional/gear-shift lever, dual brake pedal and inching control, a spring-apply/hydraulic-release parking brake, gauges and auxiliary controls on the front console for easy viewing and access, an emergency stop button, an adjustable semi-suspension seat, and retractable seat belts. Additionally, there is an integral clipboard and beverage holder for the operator’s convenience.
Mast and Carriage of Lazer Electric Forklift
The Lazer Series forklifts are designed with a standard two-stage, high-visibility mast, a low-profile carriage, and a short counterweight to provide unobstructed views in all directions. The forklifts are equipped with pin-mount, machine-contoured forks (high or low position) and welded-nested channels with lift cylinders secured directly behind mast rails.
Moreover, the lift chain and optional attachment housing are located inside the inner mast rail, and the main and side thrust rollers are impact-resistant and designed to reduce friction. These rollers are properly lubricated and sealed, and the greaseable mast pivots are constructed with wear-resistant bronze bushings and hardened steel pins. Safety valves are built into the base of lift cylinders for controlled lowering in the event of a hose failure, and the cylinders have chrome-plated rods for easy seal replacement.
For ultimate versatility and efficiency, operators can equip their Lazer Series forklifts with the optional Quick-Change System. This feature allows for a quick switch from forks to a coil ram in minutes without removing the pin.

The brakes of this forklift can be serviced through the wheel ends without removing entire drive axle.
Industrial Steer Axle
The thick top plate on welded beam steer axle of the Lazer Electric Forklift provides added strength and durability. It enables ease of movement even in tight spaces and difficult-to-maneuver job sites. The dual-action bolt on cylinder is protected by heavy steel support beams and provides effortless power steering. Easy-access lubrication points, sealed tapered roller bearings and high-impact greaseable composite trunnions are some of the other features of the industrial steer axle of this electric forklift.
